Is there a reseller like FDCServers who provides these features for $9 a month (same price as FDC)

2 GB Space
30 GB Bandwidth
Cpanel, WHM, the usual cpanel scripting (php, cgi, perl etc.) and unlimited everything (emails, mysql etc.)

I know it looks like a lot for $9/mth, but i've seen it done.
