you are missing the files for the images on the home page, and you shou make your menus font a little larger or something since they blend in with your site so much. and what is this "Random Quote Quote file not found ()"? your colors dont match exactly from the logo back on the left top corner to the regular backgroung banner colors. just a little off. take a close look. YOUR SITE IS NOT W3V COMPLIANCE, SO DONT LIST IT IF IT IS'NT. Check you code and how you are trying to validate it. It did not validate with the XHTML os CSS. Nice start, but it needs work. Fix your errors and repost.
