As we've had some problems with a few discussions regarding ad company complaints, this is a short clarification of the rules:
When you submit a complaint you can't be anonymous, you must post your website url and your real name. You also need to be very specific about what you are complaining about. Simply saying "they don't pay" or "it's a scam" is to vague and can't be accepted. Post when payment was due if you haven't received payment. Also post if you have tried to contact this ad company. When, how? How long have you been with this program? etc.
Simply put, please provide as much info as possible in your complaint and keep it civil, professional and very specific. Only post your own experiences and not here say.
Representatives from ad companies also need to be very specific and post real name etc when responding to a complaint.
