Clicksor - Add sites or Add individual htm?

For the people who are familar with Clicksor:
I understand by the Clicksor information and instructions that you are to ADD new sites and each site "must be aproved" to add a new ad code for each.

I have only gave an entry to ONE url to my Clicksor account - And thats my main url for my website:

Example: http://www.myurl.blah.com

and I display ALL my ads WITHIN this website, INCLUDING each of it's links and subdirectories.

I believe I am doing everything correctly, although I feel as if they're too vague. Could they perhaps require you to have approval for EACH page such as "index.html", "page2.html", "mystuff.html" ?
I doubt this is the situation, but I need clarification. BTW I Have read the terms & FAQ throughly, but when they say "you need to add each website you will be using", the word "website" is too vague. Are they reffering to each HTML page or each MAIN URL?

No. Just the domain.

But make sure that yourdomain/blah.html and yourdomain/blahblah.html are all within their terms of service

Well.. It does not pay much at all, and it's based on "areas" of adverts, so not very targeted at all.

It pays good for me, but I get enough traffic to my website to get a decent pay. Makes me wonder what i'd be making if I used another company.
