In a few words...
It's already copyrighted.

Once you've created it, it's copyrighted.
You can add "Copyright © 2004 MyName and or Company" if you like. You can pay the $75 or whatever it is filing fee (helps you in court) but you don't have to do either.

Depends. If you're mainly worried about people copying the articles, Literary Works. If you're mainly worried about people copying the artwork on the site (say you make wallpapers) Visual Art Works.
If it's an e-zine, Serials and Periodicals. If the site is a frontend for a radio broadcast, Performing Art Works.
