Payments for hosting are one time, meaning once you get the required number of posts, you won't have to be posting every month. The board is still very empty since we just started. I also want to add that we have no file size limits. Our version of Cpanel is 9.4.1-STABLE 65 and we do have the Fantastico! script auto-installer.
