Don't worry about Illegal File Scanners. Just verify everyone you host.

Don't trust ANYTHING automated when your name is on the line. Everything should be done manually.
 
yes, I've had that suggestion. However, If im as popular as before I'll quickly end up with a couple k people in a few days. I can verify them all, check domains for porn ect... related names. I'm planning on using clientexec, I take it it's good;)

I guarantee you, and please take no affense, if you wind up with a couple thousand in a few days. You're doing something wrong.
 
I beg to differ:p people love a no frills host without adverts:D
I can do that comfortable. You want to put a bet on this;)
When I re-enter I'll be a bit restricted becuase of my budget, I'll have to limit sign ups ect... when I can be running full pelt (probably a month after start), then I will say that yes, I can get 2k signups in 5 days.
