I need a VPS as base for me to use for my codding, i am in the process of coding a few scripts including a Web Control Panel, Support, Forum, Billing system, the reason i need a VPS as i want as near working environment to then end system (Dedicated Servers)

I need something along the lines of:
5GB DiskSpace
Low Bandwidth 20GB/Month would do, just me connecting
Linux (Cento's)
UK Based
Complete root access
No Control Panel

have a look at a low end dedicated from www.olm.net they have some $29/mo servers under their clearance section. Might be a nice alternative to a vps
