Does NetFirms Really Offer Free Hosting?

I saw their banner here, at FWS, but I simply can't find a free package on their site. Is it a lie?

They must have removed free hosting signups. Many popular webhosts became popular by providing free webhosting, and then removing it once they got traffic and PageRank.

Peo never updates the links. :\ It just leads to the homepage which hides the free hosting, so it'd be false advertising.
