"effect" for image

how to add such a "roster" effect on an image? any function to do that in paint shop pro or photoshop?

I hope someone understands what I mean with that effect thing...

You mean the beveled effect like on the orange text? If so plugins, like eyecandy and bladepro can do that.

No, it looks pretty solid to me...

Have you tried using the line too though? You could easily whip up some type of grid or whatever with that.
