F2S + MySQL error!

Sometimes when I got to my site hosted on f2s i get this error!

Warning: Too many connections in /web/sites/172/ice-b0x/www.ice-b0x.f2s.com/portal/mainfile.php on line 42

Well, it seems to be saying that line 42 of mainfile.php is trying to open a 2nd connection to the same 1 database. Close the old connection before opening a new one.

I don't think it's an F2S problem, it never happens to me with my F2S sites. It's more likely a sloppy code problem.
