Alright I can't afford any paid software until the end of the summer is there a way for anyone to tell me where I can get very good software to protect my computer?

For a free friewall, take a look at http://www.zonealarm.com/store/content/company/products/znalm/freeDownload.jsp and click I only want basic ZoneAlarm protection. This will give you the firewall free, but you will not get their antivirus and other addon products.

i would suggest kaspersky antivirus (kaspersky.com). They offer 2 months free trial. therefore until summer you can remain safe
