Ourweb: I applied a while ago but they never wrote me back (accounts are activated manually...).. might be because I didn't submitted a full adress (no postal code hehe)

but the site is pretty fast

Cyberflash ,thanks for your time looking for these hosts and posting them. the 2 german ones uses exactly the same signup form. and it was a pretty easy signup even without a translator,so if you get thru one you will get thru the other.
 
oh yes, tthe first ones are the the same only the subdomains are different cause the websites are the pages of 2 german federal states like texas in the usa. but they are very fast.

am i forbidden to say what my experience with those hosts are? must I keep my mouth shut? :p
 
Very Much Thanks Cyberflash, but at 'Fairmount' you have to have an excisting website for them to review before they let your in their servers ! So, maybe usefull to add for your description.
 
a few other hosts require you to have an existing site too ..

like ghs20.com, and one which name slipped my mind (hawkinshosting or something like that)
 
Free.Fairmount.nu is overloaded with applications. The admin has to review over 700.

If you want web hosting from free fairmount, please wait a week or so and do not ask "When are you going to accept me?".
