Free 2D MMORPG?

I've searched around a while, and I haven't really found what I'd like.

I'd like it to be more or less 2D.
(When I get a better computer, I might go 3D.)

I'd like it to have NO PVP or pvp that is executed only in certain areas (like an arena.)
I absolutely dislike PvP in MMORPGs.

I'm on Windows >.>

I've already played Angels Online and Wonderland Online, I don't really care for Wonderland Online, and Angels Online is getting to be too boring.

NO BROWSER BASED GAMES

NO FREE RAGNAROK

NO SIDESCROLLING

I am unsure exactly what you want, but they have games that you have to log into a server, I guess on the idea of WoW. Most are free (you can alter search for that)
