Gallerix Hosting is a little project of mine - I have a VPS server with cPanel, and I want to share this with you. If you have a project that you don't trust on a free web host that's going to disappear in a few weeks, or you need some custom PEAR, Perl, Apache, or whatever modules installed - I've got you covered.
Free hosts aren't always the best place to put a project, but if it's what you can afford, there's not much you can do about it. I believe you shouldn't settle for one of the big guys.
All you need to do is go to http://gallerix.org/forums/ and post a thread with what you need. The only post you need to make is your request post - this is far from a post-to-host. The only reason the submission process is on a forum is so that you can check on your submission - it doesn't disappear into an inbox somewhere.
