i have started of a new file hosting site and need your review

and make it look like two or more paragraphs
make the main heading more appealing
the yellow banner is intrusive

The two paragraphs could become your about us page. And you should kinda make it more focused on the uploading instead of ads. Your page is so obtrusive with them. This isn't really a layout but more than slapped on a notepad and uploaded. But, I like the way the file upload looks but your area around it needs to be more condensed and graphics could be better than the header.

Anyway, I'm not a fan of sites with too many adverts, and I dislike the giant ad banner in the top centre of the site.

Also the green tab images look very grainy and quite difficult to read- I am viewing on Safari (Mac)
