Free Hosting Needed

Hello, We are looking for hosting for our on-line community.
Our community is a friendly one of free chat and computer related discussions. We also would like to use some of our space for a phpbb3 beta forum for testing skin designs.

We require the following;
Web space: 250mb+
Bandwidth: 2GB (one would probably be enough)
mySQL databases: 10 to 15 (we plan to have quite a few php scripts)
pop3 accounts: 5 (or some forwarders)
Can we please have either a sub domain (with one parked/add on domain) or could you let us use a .uni.cc domain which we currently have.

Could we also have the following software;
php 5.0+ (for wikimedia) or php 4.4+
Cpanel (or another web based panel)
ftp support
cron job support (for php based web game, if allowed)
linux

we would install/use
phpbb 2 (active forums) and 3 (skin testing)
joomla cms (for our main site)
wikimedia
Blog
BNT web game (if allowed)
Some of my own scripts (eg. a newsletter system I am writing)

In exchange we would
place ads on our site (excluding wikimedia and forums)
one time posts
some referrals if people ask us about web hosting.

note: We do not have very many visitors per month.
