The "completely free" web hosting package entitled to each community member.

(4) Obligations
You must keep up-to-date regarding our community news that may affect your account. You are permitted to consume resources to the extent mentioned above, however, your account setting enables you to consume more. You must report excess consumption, if there is any, and you shall compensate for the excess consumption by contributing contents inside the community.
(5) Additional Notes
We are not going to place any form of advertisements in your website. You can use Cpanel 11 and Fantastico De Luxe to manage your website. Note that we do not provide Email Accounts to new comers. To avoid being used by email spammers, Email Account and Sendmail Function are only given to "verified and trusted" Water Seven Community members. They are the members who have contributed long enough in the community and have a proven good personality and behavior.
By default, no shell access is provided in your account and you are not allowed to use your account in selling any products or offering any kind of subscriptions of your services. You are not allowed to place advertisements like Google Ads, AdBrite, etc. on your site as well. However, by contributing enough contents inside the community you can waive such restrictions.
The community decides what software platform and languages to install in the server, if you have suggestions about what features to install please feel free to convince the community. Some of the present installed features are CGI, PHP, FrontPage Server Extensions, Ruby On Rails, LaTEX (beta install).
(6) Web Hosting Policy
Before you decide to apply for a free web hosting account, please make sure that you have read and agreed to the web hosting policy of the community.
(7) Our own way of expressing, "Thank you!"
We feel very proud of ourselves when we hear someone thanking us for the good things we have done. However, since we opt to remain as rather meek individuals, we prefer to receive contributions in the form of "pearls" which can be earned inside the community as a way of saying, "Thank you!" when you appreciate our free web hosting service.

Register for an account inside the community forums. To apply for a free web hosting account, please send a private message to Efil containing the following information:
