But they activate your account only after you key in a code, which they send you through SMS. But I never recieved it. I live in India.
 
Also, the servers are not overly reliable or speedy: some of the pages even in the cpanel regularly time out.

But: In theory you can register by them ringing you, or if you never receive the SMS, also sending a support ticket with activation e-mail etc. allows them to activate it manually

I think the main purpose is to stop spam accounts: not to prevent people from other countries

I sing in yesterday, but today I get some problem with my account
for about 3 times my account go very slow
and some time I get ping replay with "time out" message!
now 10 PM :) its work fine.
I want to keep account with this feature , but what is the problem with srv1 that my site hosted in ?
