I originally planned to take on 3, but I ended up taking 6.
1 person from here got selected and 4 others were selected elsewhere.
If everything goes well I will take a few more accounts.

Don't hate on DSL
It has decent upload speeds with only 3 sites...
on a computer with
a 800mhz cpu
256mb ram
HD at 7200rpm
and is only being used as a host

the reason i only took 3 accounts is speed
maybe later on i'll plan a small service with these specs for everyone(with legal content):
10mb(upgraded with reason)
cgi, php, ASP, mysql
domain hosting
T3 line(i can get unlimited bandwidth)
5gigs bandwidth(limit to discourage warez sites)

Maybe your DSL does. Here DSL is capped at just 128k.
