There are a number of free web hosting providers and why should not we all co-operate to achive better PR.
My proposal is to share links with each other.
I am open for any link exchange with other free and paid hosting sites. This wont harm anyone, rt? Imagine if every free hosts links to other free hosts. Our PR will jump up high.
