The servers we were using were deleted for no reason specified including all the accounts data. We are thinking about going to court about this issue that our clients accounts were deleted for no reason.

We have lost exactly 143 active clients and 34 suspended clients, total of 177 clients including all the accounts and server files.

The company we had servers with is unavailable to provide backups for us and we were unable to generate our own backups.

Our team is currently investigating for further information in this case and we have came up with two solutions in this case.

A two solutions that will only be up to the clients who have already signed up with us and to the members of this forum.

Everything is up to the community members and our clients, so please let us know which solution you would prefer.

1. Snoork hosting company will be completely closed and will not be offering any hosting service anymore.

2. Snoork hosting company will be reopened with much better servers and will be offering free hosting.

With the new servers automatic backups of the server files would be generated every 24 to 48 hours.
