Im leanent on the emails and ftp, but space and bandwidth are a must. Im willing to put your ad on the main page, and if someone needs paid hosting, i will redirect to your site. I will not be charging for hosting (maybe one more advacned plan people can get, and you will recive 75% of all profits).

I will be using a small control panel (which is why I only need one cPanel account) called ZPanel.
