Im hoping to create a hosting service with free and low cost hosting. my hope with this isnt to make money but to help people in need of low- no budget hosting.


my requirements:
700 mb disk space
5gigs transfer
1 or your ads/banners anywhere on page
You can also have a text link in the navigation
cpanel would be a plus but not needed
if no cpanel browser upload (non ftp)

You mean 700mb? I don't think even paid hosts would allow you to have 700gigs. And 5 gigs of transfer is only good if you have a gig or less of space. Please edit your post.
