Free scripts language

Well,

I might consider making a few things in .NET and/or Java. Anything you guys want? I could maybe try making a POS system for free... or browser, email... you name it.

How good are you exactly at that ?? Like are you experienced enough to write a GUI program without the use of an IDE, or at least have knowledge about how you might go about doing that ??

Do you know plain C/C++ ??
