Free Shoutcast server

Hi! Can anyone over here provide me with a free shoutcast server?

I need a server with atleast 20 + listeners and a bitrate of 64 or higher

I know of Free Cast i just personnaly dont like it because there all booked in my time and i go to bed WAYYYYY before the first available one is on so if anyone could provide me with a free one that would be very much appreciated

In return i could put a few commercials on and give u a free reseller

I could be mistaken, but I believe you need a license to broadcast
