i like to record my own voice but the sound recorder that comes with windows is limited to 60 seconds is there a better one

No, it's not limited to 60 seconds. Just record a 1 second clip, change it to PCM 8000 hz, then keep decreasing the speed log[2]n times until you get n seconds. Uncompress it to 44100hz/48000hz, then, just go to the front and start recording.
