I'm afraid that most of use would rather not register at a new forum to allow us to read details of this offer, just so you can add more members.

This may have been a genuine mistake, but it seems mighty fishy.

yes it does seem fishy. Since a lot of people have been just advertising there forum via making you sign up to get hosting.. hence this guy

I don't understand with these forum signups... if people actually want your offer, they will only signup to post one post (or none even), and they walk away with free hosting, and they won't post again.

This is considered spam, you can't even sign up for the forums, which is required to view the topic. Somebody please close/delete this.
