Well tripod is the best you can find that meets your requirements. Try http://www.multimania.lycos.fr/ they are the same thing but in french. Other wise i would go with http://www.9cy.com/ Hope that helps....

You don't want to host your sounds site on 9cy - their gay download pages will prevent .wav sounds from playing in certain browsers (including MSIE, which is what most of the internet population uses).

I Know

I'm just going to have people download the sounds. Also the only sounds that will play are the ones that are in the flash intro I'm going to make(..or i could do the whole site in flash). I took all the wav files and made them into mp3 and zipping them so it gets around the no mp3 thingy.
