Full Featured Remotely Hosted WWWBoard?

Anything that lets me change colors, headers, add a header. Just some basic features.

Oh, there are tons of those types of hosts. You can try out www.network54.com - they offer the most customization for any remotely hosted WWWBoard. I believe www.dreamtools.com also offers quite a lot of features. If those two don't work for you, then I'll come up with a few others for you to try. :)
 
Dreamtools seems to be out of commission, and Network 54 has quite a few pop-ups.

Any that have just a banner? Or maybe even just a text-link?

Ha ha! I remember trying to work with Network 54's old decrepid board...no smilies, no nothing basically. Maybe they've had to change and update since so many members left.

Anyway, I always liked bestboards. :chinese2:
