geocities bandwidth question

For the third time in a month, geocities has emailed me saying that my site uses to much bandwidth and needed to be shut down.

From my calculation I didn't use as much as they say - I only have an average of two visitors a day and my files aren't large. (I also uploaded nothing, in case you ask.)

Could it be that the geocities dudes are cheating? Shutting down sites randomly so that people start signing up for their paid service?

Is there any way to monitor your bandwidth on geocities? From the outside?

I'm moving the site anyway, but I want to know since I intend to keep it up as a mirror site if the bandwidth used is really that much.

the limit is 3gb/month BTW

I know that they have only 3GB bandwidth. They state it in their email - regularly.

Now - How do I figure out how much bandwidth I actually use?

Please, somebody tell me of an online monitoring sytem or a script. Anything.
