I never had my knee busted but my brother did and i suppose that he really felt the pain...gosh, I wouldn't want to be on your place now mate.

I popped my knee cap a few years a go.... that was the worst pain I had ever felt.

I fell to the ground in agony, and I had to limp around for like 3 weeks

Yeah I remember I injured my knee once too, very young at that time though.

Knee injuries are no good. I hurt mine doing track back in high school and was never able to run the hurdles again
