Hello,

i know, its a lot i need, and will tell u here my experiences with some free hosts, and hope, i will get a better one. Maybe we can make a paid deal alternatively.

Most free hosts are online for 1-2 month, and then away with all files and DBs, or all files are deleted and the DBs too. This happens now 3 (!!!) times this year.

The next problem is the support. I got no real support. 2 Hosts deleted all support-threads without any reply, other ones try to help after days, but this is not okay for me.

Then, the speed is realy often toooo slow, and if i host a small(!!!) forum, it takes to long to post in a forum nevertheless, and so on.

Last, much of free hosts are not really pros in webhosting, and i see a lot of "serverload"-problems, "memory-used"-problems, or mysql-problems.

I want to say, its better to pay, and get a real service, but my experiences with paid hosts are not really better.

Finaly, a lot of promises..., and no service. Sorry, thas my real experience with webhosting this year.

What i want to do:

I want to host my (temp.) small phpBB-Forum (later a vBulletin), and later a big Poll/Surveys too, some small blogs;
I need a FREE SPEECH hoster! No TOS with restriction of free minds and free speech, NO political (correct)restrictions.

What we NOT do:

NO Email-Spam! NO chatroom! NO porn! NO streaming music or vids!


What i need:

cPanel11/PLESK/CONFIXX (WHM or other host manager if its possible reseller)
20 mysql-DBs
unlimited domains
unlimited email-accounts/forwarders/autoresponders
5GB Space (maybe more later)
min. 50GB Bandwith (maybe more later)
all normal features
safe_mod OFF
mod_rewrite installed
FAST server (we are located in germany)
min. 4GB RAM on server
min. 2CPU on server
server location: USA or UK (or other Countries, but NOT in the EU, India, China, Israel)


The hoster i want, should be no newbie in hosting, no new company, no full servers (50+ accts/server)..., your company should be online min. 2 years without any break in market, with a good reputation.

I have been in the hosting business for a number of years now and the only hosting I offer now is "premium" cpanel hosting
Ill give you 2 weeks free to try out my service if want just to prove Specialty Web Service is the best around.

We need a hosting with servers located in UK or USA, or other not in the EU located countries.

You cant guarantee free speech in the EU.

Yes, but this means: cPanel11 or PLESK or CONFIXX, no simple amateur-panel, like the "Vista-Panel" or so. :)

Dreamhost IS realy good, but they dont accept NETeller or paysafecards.

And here in germany, we dont use credit cards like the americans, here we do bank-transfers normaly, done within 2 days. I use NETeller, cause i play a lil Poker in the net, and NETeller is the best gambling payment processor.
 
If you can pay via PayPal, I am willing to sub-lease you use of a DreamHost account if you so desire. You get your own FTP account, 100 GB disk space, 1 TB bandwidth, SSH access, MySQL, one-click installs of phpBB, etc, and up to 100 e-mail addresses with SpamAssassin filtering.

If i had a PayPAl-Account i pay direct at dream-host :)

I dont trust PayPal, cause i have a lot of friends, with frozen PayPal-Accounts for NO reason. And so i say: NOT 1 cent to PayPal.

Got my neteller account now, but as I never use it before, I don't how to use it as a merchant?... :knockedou
 
To use it as a merchant, you have to upgrade your account to a "premier"-account at NETeller.

But a p2p-Transfer should be possible.

I can accept an E check via paypal. You will just have to pay atleast 3 days before the end of the month so your account wont be flagged and suspended by our billing team.

How many times does the OP need to repeat

We can pay ONLY with NETeller or maybe Paysafecards.

I wouldn't host with any of you if can't read simple requirements. Heaven help what your support it like.
