Thanks guys. Seventeen, I can now legally carry more than one under 18 passenger in my car and buy the tickets for R rated movies. Anyway didn't get to test out either one of these. Being grounded on your birthday sucks.

16: Can carry one non-family, under 18 passenger. Can't drive Midnight to 4:00 AM.
17: Can carry three non-family, under 18 passengers. Can't drive Midnight to 4:00 AM.

The thing is, a cop can't pull you over for either restriction unless there's a visable violation like a broken tail light or speeding.
