Help me out please

Hey,
I am looking for a host that will let me have members, I want to host my script for them. Any way this is what I need.

2GB of transfer
30MB of space
2 MySQL databases, one for me and on for my members
mailling list
Domain Hosting, and mabey will let me host domain names of my members(not really needed).
PHP
Let my pay by money order.

Hello... I believe that the one who submitted custom plan form at our web site is you.

You didn't mention anything about money order in the submission, so we just thought that you are one of the credit card users.
