Help with some PHP

im looking for a simple news posting script kinda like the nukes but not so in depth. something i can use my own html with simply and not having to go through admin crap. something kind of like whats up at www.digitalrebellion.org if anyone can tell me of such a script or send me it it would be appreciated.

The script they are using at that website is called WSNM (Website News Manager, I would guess) and I'm also using it on my own site. It's pretty good and easy to use, although some say the code is badly written.
