Holiday Letting availability and booking script

I am looking for a good Holiday Letting availability and booking scriptthat can support more then one letting home.

Shows prices based on dates.

Allows only set check in dates.

I would like a free one but willing to pay a small fee

also dont mind if it remotely hosted

it's relative to the features you want, operations the code needs to carry out, the administration interface of the application, the sources of data the application must use etc ... your description isn't that clear, got any example sites for me to look at ?? it's not cheap to have web applications written from scratch, I won't pretend it is, and I won't do what car insurance companies do and promise to beat any quote you get, you'll get a realistic quote and be given exactly as you want ..... probably if you really tried you could get someone cheaper than me, however I'm confident they won't be as skilled ....
