Homefree and ftp access?

Does anyone know how to let the users have ftp accounts with homefree?
something like 9cy...
If anyone has any info plz tell me

There are two ways setting up FTP Accounts.

1. Enable Anonymous FTP
2. Setup FTP Account for each user

The ftp_import.cgi file that comes with your homefree package is what I am currently using. You can set it up via the admin.cgi panel you have and all you have to do is create an ftp account for people to upload to.
