Host for design/music site

My friend wants to start up a site, she said an all round site but mainly focusing on music and webdesign. I don't think she needs much
50mb of space
1GB of bandwidth
FTP
1 MySQL database (just in case)
File Manager (optional, I can set something up for her if not possible)
No ads except for a google ad, she can choose what size and colour, maybe a link back to you

Thats all i can think of at the moment, there won't be any illegal files on the site, not even lyrics. Probably just reviews and stuff.

Oh and a subdomain would be nice or /you if there must be a domain, she can get a uni.cc

I can provide you with this, except she will not be able to choose what ads go up. It will be adfree for a few weeks.
