Hosting company up for grab.

When AXEHosting first started, the company goal was to provide customers with reliable, fast and stable hosting. We have not yet to achieve AXEHosting full potential. The company is ran by two people, Phu Nguyen and Sebastien Bellinger. Sadly, we can not continue our mission. Reason for this thread is to hand over our company to a person with some experience in the internet hosting field and customer service. We do not want to hand over the company to just anyone. We are hosting about 15-25 customers with plan around $.25-$4.95/monthly, some with plan over $4.95 and some are free account. The server is Dual AMD Opteron 244 with 2GB Ram, Dual 120GB SATA / Hardware Raid 1, and Secondary 120GB HDD. Include with 50GB Remote backup; CPanel/WHM w/ Fantastico. This server is located at Liquidweb datacenter and the cost is $319 monthly. Sebastien and I are willing to help out as possible with the hosting. Sebastien, the owner, will pay $100 monthly for the server and provide you with WHMAutopilot. If possible, we like to team up with someone. If not, the company is up for grab. That's awfully expensive for Chicago dedicated server hosting...
You can get an entire 42U cabinet from CIHost (yes the datacenter is ghetto but think about how much you're paying) for less than that...

CIHost is actually expensive than the datacenter I am using, LiquidWeb.

If you match you with the hardwares, the price doesn't come close. LiquidWeb come with the basic manage features support. I think CIHost is full managed so that is why it is expensive.
