Hosting for Basilica - php and mysql

There is a charity project of Basilica of Swidnica, Poland. None of the authors did not take any money for it: historicians, photographer and webdesigner/webprogrammer (me).

We have a domain (www.bazylika.org) already paid for 2 years, we do not hava a web space, though.

I am looking for a hosting:
about 10 mb
php
mysql (about 6 tables)
reliable


In return I would put a link 'hosted by...' in a footer or place a banner in author section, or both.
