How many of these members actually have a hosting account?
How much resources do they use?

I'm not interested in buying the forum database but I'd be interested in the domain name at the right price. The current hostees can switch to Talkhost.

When you say that it is a hosting forum, do you mean its a post 4 host sorta forum, or do the users just talk about hosting?
In any case, please post some more info, along with a ruff guide as to the price.

I have no time to build this out, board went south last year, has provided me revenue via web hosting clients...mostly from students in china.

I have not had time to push to this, google ads have brought in min dollars.
