Hosting with remote MySQL Access

Short story:
I need a free webspace with remote access to at least one (preferably 2+) MySQL Database, FTP, and at least 25-50 MB (bare minimum, of course. The more the better.)

Long story:
I and a couple java-using friends of mine are making a site on which people can sign-up and make a 'deck' of cards for a couple different card games (these would be stored in a MySQL Database, hence the need for remote access) and then use this simple java applet to play each other. MTG is the first card game that'll be implemented.

I think you'd have an easier job finding a host that offers ssh, and just tunneling in to do a local connect to mysql.

You can add any host to mysql access lists straight from cpanel.
