1. No Features - Plain HTML and Image pages would be served
2. A LOT of bandwidth - I'm talking more than 40GB

This is going to be for an online conservative newspaper. the College Republicans chapter I'm involved in is going to be launching it and we hope to turn it into a success with the proper advertising budget. We're aiming for 5,000+ visits a day.
