A good host with cgi is vr9.com, but only offers 5MB.

jaha.dk is not accept signups and only european users can see the site.
host.sk is v. good but it is quite slow (even has telnet access!)
vr9.com 's signup page is currently a 404 page

Yeah they have FTP, but it's a lot like spacetowns ftp where you upload to a public directory then import your files to homefree
