can anyone tell me affliate program that pay highest, i have no problem with clicks , my user will do that but i need highest paying cpc

Adsense is the best followed by YPN I would say. Not sure if they have fixed their targeting of ads yet though, but if you are from the US, then YPN is probably your next best choice.

The only thing I don't like about adsense is they wont pay out to paypal! >.<

Clicksor works well and they accept and pay via paypal. Also, try Microsoft adCenter (they do not accept paypal)

We payout using paypal and so do some other ad network sites. Just google for some list.

Micrsoft adCenter is like Google AdWords or Yahoo Search Marketing.

You can try Bidvertiser, they seem alright.
