darksayian - it is impossible to get that for free...are you willing to pay $3 p/m for this? :)

- PHP : possible
- MySQL : pretty rare
- CGI : pretty rare
- FTP : possible
- multiple FTP accounts : not possible,very rare

You probably want to host an anime site, need much space for the pages and pics and want multiple FTP accounts for the crew to update the site, right?

The hosts that come close to your requierements are :

- http://www.tripod.co.uk (this host is used a LOT for hosting anime sites)
- http://www.spaceports.com (has much of your requierements, just remind they have ads)
- http://www.fairmount.nu (has almost all your requierements but they have no multiple FTP accounts and your site must be accepted first)
