they all offer more than 15mb and they all offer ftp. freeze2k and exit.de dont have any ads. i forget if evillz.net has ads. also try http://www.twu.net, no ads there either.

You might find that the power search function on this site works well to find what you need.

i think http://www.exit.de and http://www.twu.net are the least likely to collapse, though freeze2k.com offers excellent support.

they have a nice service but not good for a page to invest into
