They allow you to pay for the domain by adding funds to your namecheap account via paypal. I have used them for a long time, they allow full control over the domain, and are a great service. Very cheap too.

One thing I love about namecheap too, is when I bought my dommain I got free whois protection which would cost the same as a domain. Great company.
