Is PHP Nuke worth it??

I am usually against template, or non-original pages, but would you consider PHP-nuke for making a site? Is it highly customizible?

If you edit the code them I suppose you can customize it as much as you like. There are loads of themes and stuff so yes its customizable.

yes, u could make ur own theme
just look at their existing themes as an example

Personally, I like template driven sites... just for tha fact that instead of having all of the same information on each page, you just write the content and then use your programming language of choice to build the page for you!... Whenever I have looked at php nuke templates, they have never looked to hard to edit!
